Equation offers an affordable online print management
and purchasing system. The system allows remote users
from around the world to order and customize print online.
Most commonly used for business cards and letterhead,
and stationary, the user visits an online catalog to
choose the print item to customize. The user enters
their own information -- such as office location, name,
phone number -- and a customized printed proof of the
business card or stationary item appears. When
the item is approved online, the digital file is sent
into print production.

Catalog:
All you print items, such as stationary, letterhead,
brochures, etc., are organized in an online catalog.
Authorized users select the print item they
wish to purchase and then proceed to customization.
Online
Order Entry:
Users enter their information and the printed material
is customized online.
Online
Proofing: After the information is
entered and customized, and online proof is displayed
for the user's approval. When the user approves the
online proof, it moves into the internal print workflow.
Print
Workflow:
After approval of the proof, the printed item is automatically
moved into the print production workflow.
Automated
Accounting: After
authorized users order printed items, the system can
automatically send the user or corporate office an
invoice for same or can charge the user's credit card.
All transactions are recorded and viewable online.
Order
Tracking:
Production/delivery status of all orders can easily
be tracked online.
